The staraptor was preparing to use Brave Bird until an ember hit it causing the attack to go off in the wrong direction. The flock followed thinking they were supposed to follow. Keaton ran over to Nacho."Come on, lets go while they arent here!"

Tri threw Gruesax's Poké Ball, yelling "Gruesax, use Iron Tail!" Gruesax appeared and changed his tail to metal.

Pumped at her first victory from earlier, Spark only realized now that her friends were nowhere in sight. She shivered at the thought as she congratulated Neta and healed him with a potion.

Gruesax's Iron Tail missed...again. "Banana!" Frustrated, Tri pointed to the flock of Starlys following the Staraptor. "Use Scratch, and don't miss this time!"

One of the starly's noticed Gruesax and chirped causing the whole flock to turn around. They all looked at Gruesax and used one giant Gust.

Nacho let out a worried sigh and frowned. "What should I do..? I don't want to release it..."
Pika nodded. "Y-Yeah... Those birds were trying to KILL me!" He chuckled.

The gust hit both of them, making them fly back, landing in the grass.
For a moment, Ronin saw his trainer flying through the air, he started running to where Tri had landed, worried of his condition.

The flock was making a commotion as the Staraptor returned. It made a loud sound as it charged at the two with Brave bird.

"Uh, guys...?" Spark called out, but it seemed no one could hear her. Suddenly scared, she picked up her Froakie and tried to rationalize where they might've gone. 'Everyone else was here just a second ago... Maybe they went up ahead?' She wondered to herself, then walked out of the grass and onto the road to try heading for the next town.

Tri was laying out in the grass. The gigantic Gust had thrown him a few feet away, along with Gruesax. The back of his head hurt and his vision was blurry. Getting up, he mumbled, "Ugh...what happened..."
Ronin finally was at Tri's side, smiling. It was a huge relief to see him okay from that blast. Noticing Gruesax, he ran to his side and tried helping him up. "You okay man? You took quite a hit."
Gruesax nodded with a scowl. "Where the heck where you? I could've used your help."
